Bruce Rendina Moves to Florida to run two real estate subsidiaries for Satter Capital Companies.

Bruce meets Don Sands when he brokers the sale of 2 Satter properties to Don, who was working in real estate sydincation at that time.

DASCO Companies co-founded by Bruce Rendina. It was here that Bruce pioneered the concept of sharing ownership with physicians in the development of medical office properties.

Rendina sells 17 MOBs valued at $287.7 million to Health Care REIT Inc. (NYSE: HCN), which had just acquired Windrose. The deal, which closed in May 2007, also included Rendina’s Paramount Real Estate Services property management division.

Bruce receives recognition from the Palm Beach County Medical Society, Heroes in Medicine Award and is posthumously recognized from the South Florida Real Estate Journal, Ultimate CEO Award in 2007.

The Rendina Advisory Board is officially formed.
