The St. Joseph’s Westgate Medical Office Building is a 62,835-square-foot outpatient facility located on the St. Joseph’s Westgate Medical Center campus in Glendale, Arizona. Completed in 2016, the building was developed for CommonSpirit Health (formerly Dignity Health) to expand access to specialty and ambulatory services in the rapidly growing West Valley region. The facility supports the hospital’s mission to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care and serves as a cornerstone for continued campus development and community health initiatives.

The medical office building houses a diverse mix of physician practices and outpatient programs, offering patients convenient access to a broad spectrum of healthcare services. The facility includes:

Rendina’s Role
Rendina served as developer and project manager for the St. Joseph’s Westgate Medical Office Building, leading all phases of planning, design, and construction. Working in collaboration with CommonSpirit Health and hospital leadership, Rendina managed site development, entitlement, and coordination with healthcare providers to ensure smooth integration with the main hospital campus. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, meeting the client’s goals for quality, efficiency, and operational readiness.
