RWJBarnabas Health at Old Bridge is a 72,000-square-foot ambulatory care center that expands access to comprehensive outpatient services in central New Jersey. The new facility is located along Highway 9 and serves as a cornerstone of RWJBarnabas Health’s strategy to deliver advanced care in convenient, community-based settings. Completed in 2025, the center enhances availability of primary and specialty services for residents of Old Bridge and surrounding areas.

Rendina’s Role
Rendina served as developer and project manager for RWJBarnabas Health at Old Bridge, overseeing the project from site planning and design through construction and delivery. Rendina coordinated all phases of the development process, aligning design and construction teams with RWJBarnabas Health’s operational goals and vision for patient-centered care. The result is a high-quality, multi-service facility that reflects the system’s ongoing investment in outpatient growth.
