Comprehensive Care Under One Roof
The Jackson Clinic – Baptist Outpatient Campus is a 135,000 square-foot medical facility that brings together a full range of outpatient services, specialty care, and an ambulatory surgery center in a single, state-of-the-art location. Completed in 2023, the project was developed through a collaboration between Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, Baptist Memorial Health Care, and The Jackson Clinic. The facility is designed to expand access to coordinated, patient-centered care for residents of West Tennessee while supporting Baptist Memorial’s continued investment in community-based healthcare.
FACILITY FEATURES & SERVICES
The multi-specialty outpatient campus integrates clinical, surgical, and diagnostic services under one roof, providing patients with streamlined access to comprehensive care. The facility includes:
- A fully equipped ambulatory surgery center with four operating rooms
- Multi-specialty physician offices and exam suites for The Jackson Clinic
- Primary Care, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, ENT, Gastroenterology, and other specialty practices
- Imaging and Diagnostic Services, including MRI, CT, and X-ray
- Laboratory and Phlebotomy Services
- Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Pharmacy, Retail, and Patient Support Areas
- Ample parking and a covered drop-off area for patient convenience
The building was designed to enhance patient flow and collaboration among providers while accommodating future growth in outpatient volumes and specialty demand.
Rendina’s Role
Rendina served as developer and project manager for the Jackson Clinic – Baptist Outpatient Campus, coordinating the project from inception through completion. Rendina oversaw all aspects of site development, planning, design, and construction, ensuring alignment between Baptist Memorial Health Care and The Jackson Clinic. The facility was delivered on time and on budget, providing both organizations with a modern, flexible space to meet evolving patient needs.
Rendina’s experience in developing large-scale outpatient campuses allowed the project team to successfully integrate multiple service lines and providers into one cohesive, efficient environment.
Impact
The Jackson Clinic – Baptist Outpatient Campus has become a regional destination for outpatient and specialty care, improving accessibility and reducing the need for hospital-based visits. The facility enhances coordination between Baptist Memorial Health Care and The Jackson Clinic, creating a unified patient experience supported by advanced technology and efficient design.
