The Bristol Health Medical Care Center is a 61,000 square-foot outpatient facility that expands access to comprehensive healthcare services in downtown Bristol, Connecticut. Completed in 2019, the center was developed in collaboration with the City of Bristol as part of a broader downtown redevelopment plan. The Bristol Health Medical Care Center brings together a full range of outpatient programs and specialty services under one roof, designed to improve patient convenience and coordination of care. The facility includes:

Rendina’s Role
Rendina served as developer and project manager for the Bristol Health Medical Care Center, overseeing the project from initial planning and site development through construction and delivery. Working closely with Bristol Health leadership and city officials, Rendina managed all aspects of design coordination, permitting, and construction. The project required extensive collaboration with the City of Bristol to align healthcare development with the municipality’s vision for economic growth and downtown revitalization.
