The Baptist Arlington Medical Campus is a 38,000-square-foot outpatient medical facility developed for Baptist Memorial Health Care to serve the growing communities of eastern Shelby and western Fayette counties. Completed in 2022, the facility brings a wide range of outpatient and specialty services to one of the fastest-growing areas in the Memphis metropolitan region. The campus is designed to expand Baptist Memorial’s network of community-based healthcare access points and support its mission to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care closer to home.
FACILITY FEATURES & SERVICES
The Arlington campus houses multiple service lines and clinical practices in a single, modern facility designed for patient convenience and operational efficiency. The building includes:
- Primary Care and Family Medicine Clinics
- Imaging and Diagnostic Services, including X-ray and ultrasound
- Specialty Practices such as Cardiology, Orthopedics, and OB/GYN
- Outpatient Laboratory and Phlebotomy
- Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Pharmacy and Patient Support Areas
- Administrative and Provider Offices
The facility’s design emphasizes accessibility, with ample parking, a covered entryway, and an intuitive floor plan that enhances patient flow. High-quality finishes, natural light, and flexible clinical layouts create an efficient environment for both providers and patients.
Rendina’s Role
Rendina served as developer and project manager for the Baptist Arlington Medical Campus, providing comprehensive oversight from site selection and entitlement through design, construction, and delivery. Working in close partnership with Baptist Memorial Health Care, Rendina ensured that the facility met the system’s functional and operational requirements while maintaining cost and schedule objectives. The project was delivered on time and reflects the continued collaboration between Rendina and Baptist Memorial in developing outpatient campuses across the Mid-South.
