Monique Bland

Property Administrator

Monique Bland serves as a Property Administrator for Rendina, based in McKinney, Texas. With over a decade of property management experience, Monique brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Her career encompasses a diverse range of positions, including Assistant Property Manager and Assistant Community Manager for various residential communities. Additionally, she has worked for the Retirement Housing Foundation, where she developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of senior living communities.

Most recently, Monique was a Property Administrator at Lincoln Harris CSG, where she played a crucial role in managing a portfolio of 14 medical office buildings totaling over 500,000 square feet. Her extensive experience in both residential and medical office property management makes her an invaluable asset to the Rendina team.

Albert St. Vauldray

Property Administrator

Albert St. Vauldray serves as Property Administrator for Rendina, supporting properties throughout New Jersey. In this role, he assists with the day-to-day administration of assigned properties and provides high-level support to the property management team.

Albert brings more than 15 years of administrative and operations experience across both the public and private sectors. His background includes service in the U.S. Army National Guard from 2009 to 2014, where he served as a Motor Transport Operator/Specialist. Prior to joining Rendina, he held roles as Facilities Office Manager at Persistent, Inc. and Assistant Asset Manager at the Newark Housing Authority.

Albert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Meagan DeMarco

Executive Assistant

Meagan DeMarco is Executive Assistant and her primary responsibility is to provide support to Benny Flores (Chief Financial Officer & President – Property Management), Brianna Remillard (Controller), and Sandra Rodriguez (VP – Property Management). Meagan has over 9 years of diverse administrative support experience. Meagan’s previous experience includes working as an Executive Assistant at the Gehring Group, a consultant group that specializes in Employee Group Benefits and Risk Management Services. She then transitioned to work for Bentek, a Benefits Technology Company specializing in Benefits Administration and Enrollment software, as a Market Development Specialist. She most recently worked as an Administrative and Marketing Assistant at Premier Realty Group.

Jeanne M. Battles

Senior Paralegal

Jeanne Battles is Senior Paralegal. Jeanne is a Real Estate Specialist and Florida Registered Paralegal with over 25 years of experience in real estate law. Prior to joining Rendina, she worked as a real estate paralegal at the firm of Shutts & Bowen for 12 years and at the firm of Wien, Malkin & Bettex for 7 years, conducting commercial and residential real estate closings and preparing commercial leases. Jeanne graduated from the Paralegal Institute at Florida Atlantic University. She was the first President of the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida and has served in many capacities on both the local and state level. Jeanne is also very involved in the community, leading a women’s growth group through her church and being a licensed foster parent, which resulted in adopting two children.

Jennifer Carpenter

Paralegal

Jennifer Carpenter is a Paralegal with over 10 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Rendina she worked as a Paralegal for Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, LLP since 2012, and remained with the company after they were bought by Holland & Knight in March, 2023. Her experience includes supporting acquisitions, sales, and leasing activities associated with large, complex commercial transactions across the United States. In recent years, Jennifer has worked primarily with medical office clients such as Healthcare Realty Trust, HCA Healthcare, and Lifepoint Health. Jennifer has an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Volunteer State Community College.

Francie Shonkwiler

Legal Administrative Assistant

Francie Shonkwiler is our Legal Administrative Assistant and her primary responsibility is to provide support to the Legal Department. Francie has over 9 years of diverse administrative/legal support experience. Her previous experience includes working as a Victim Services Coordinator at the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office in North Carolina. She also held the position of Senior Administrative Assistant at the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller’s Office, and most recently she was a Legal Assistant at the Jupiter Law Center. Francie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Otterbein University and is a Certified Paralegal.

Tom DeSiato

Director, Human Resources

Tom’s role is to ensure the company’s Human Resources programs, policies and practices align with the company’s culture and business strategy. This includes responsibilities for all day-to-day HR functions including talent acquisition and development, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compensation and benefit programs and administration. Additional responsibilities include managing the Rendina corporate office. Tom previously worked at Rendina and returns with over 35 years of HR management experience he gained while working for such organizations as Welltower and Florida Power & Light Company. Tom has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.

Robyn Demonico

Payroll/HR Operations Manager

Robyn Demonico is Payroll/HR Operations Manager for Rendina. Robyn has over 20 years of payroll experience and most recently was a Payroll Specialist at Excell Refrigeration. In addition to administering payroll, Robyn’s background includes experience in accounting and supporting multiple payroll implementations. Robyn is certified in ADP Enterprise and has over 20 years of experience working with ADP.

Orian Williams

Receptionist

Orian Williams is the voice of Rendina and has served as Receptionist since 2015. She has more than 30 years of business and non-profit experience, including with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Children’s Place at Home Safe (Foster Parent Recruiter), National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, and most recently, The Sari Center for Integrative Cancer Care (Patient Care Coordinator).

Orian earned a Practical Theology Diploma from International Seminary and has served as a Florida Notary Public since 2005. While not working, Orian devotes much of her free time to volunteering.
