Tyler Kasten
Senior Financial Analyst
Tyler Kasten is the Senior Financial Analyst for Rendina. He supports the Development and Acquisition teams in underwriting and evaluating new properties. Tyler’s previous experience includes a background in finance, insurance and commercial development. Tyler has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate degree from the University of Florida.
Samantha Bhatt
AP Specialist
Samantha Bhatt, AP Specialist, is responsible for all accounts payable duties, with particular emphasis on communicating with the appropriate parties internally and externally. Samantha’s previous experience includes working as a Payment Specialist for the Clerk of the Circuit Court Palm Beach County. Additionally, she worked as an Accounts Payable Practice Administrator at Sports Pain and Spinal Rehab, and an Accounts Payable Clerk at Berger Commercial Realty. She also was a Practice Administrator at Foot, Ankle and Leg Vein Center. Samantha has a bachelor’s degree in health administration from Florida Atlantic University.

Gant Braley
Executive Vice President,
Development & Leasing
Gant Braley joined Rendina in 2002 and has worked on dozens of healthcare projects for the company in states from coast to coast. His responsibilities include managing new project development, identifying new development opportunities, and leasing of select healthcare properties. Gant is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance. He and his family live in Tyler, Texas and are actively involved members of First Presbyterian Church.

Wade Kuzmick
Senior Vice President,
Investments
Wade Kuzmick is Senior Vice President of Investments and is responsible for supporting Business Development and Asset Management through relationship development and expansion with health systems and capital partners. Since starting with Rendina in 2005, his dynamic path with the company has included roles as Financial Analyst, Asset Manager and Leasing Director, giving Wade a solid foundation in all aspects of the medical real estate sector. It was on the leasing front, however, where Wade found his true passion for medical real estate. Through a consultative hands-on approach, Wade and Rendina’s leasing team work directly with physician and hospital partners throughout the country to bring their visions to life, with a focus on cultivating long-standing partnerships and an unrivaled desire to improve the delivery of healthcare. Wade is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance.

Brian C. Butler
Vice President,
Marketing
Brian Butler serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. In this role, Brian is at the forefront of shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, aligning it with Rendina’s mission to deliver innovative healthcare real estate solutions.
Brian oversees the marketing department, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals and brand values. His leadership extends beyond marketing, as he collaborates closely with all departments to foster a unified approach to business development, customer service, and project execution. Brian’s expertise encompasses a broad range of marketing disciplines, including brand development, graphic design, and strategic communications.
With more than 17 years at Rendina, Brian’s dedication and ability to navigate the complex landscape of healthcare real estate have been instrumental in reinforcing Rendina’s position as a trusted partner in the industry. Through his guidance, Rendina’s marketing team is committed to showcasing the company’s devotion to excellence, innovation, and partnership in every project undertaken.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College. Prior to his position at Rendina, Brian worked at Lama Real Estate in Ithaca, NY, where he was a licensed real estate salesperson.

Craig Levitan
Senior Vice President,
Development & Leasing
Craig Levitan is Senior Vice President of Development & Leasing for Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. Craig is responsible for business development, leasing, and client relations. Since first joining Rendina, Craig has been integral to the growth of the company’s northeastern presence. More recently, Craig’s role has expanded to where he is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities for development and acquisition on a national level.
Craig has over 17 years of real estate experience, gained through commercial brokerage, landlord representation, and sales of commercial real estate software. He is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker and Broker of Record for all Rendina New Jersey leasing activities. Craig has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University.
A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Craig is active in the community and spends his free time coaching youth sports, namely basketball and lacrosse, as well as playing golf.

Sandra Rodriguez, CPM
Vice President of Property Management
Sandra Rodriguez is responsible for overseeing the day to day management and operations for Rendina’s extensive healthcare and commercial office portfolio across the United States. Sandra brings over 16 years of diverse real estate management and leasing experience working with companies such as Holladay Properties, ProMed Properties, and most recently as the Director of Leasing and Property Management at Mount Sinai Medical Center Hospital. Sandra has expertise in several areas of medical real estate including property management, asset management, leasing, project management, market research, and maintaining strong hospital relationships through service and attention to detail. Sandra has an Associate in Business Administration from Kaplan University.

Property Manager
John Romeo serves as Property Manager for Rendina, overseeing the management of properties across New Jersey. He has more than 35 years of experience in facility and property management, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
Throughout his career, John has held key roles with prominent organizations, including Target, where he served as a Facilities Management Business Partner, and Urban Edge Properties, where he worked as a Regional Property Manager. Prior to joining Rendina, he was a Property Manager at RMP-Key, LLC.

Marie Anderson
Property Manager
Marie Anderson is responsible for managing several key Rendina properties, including the Baptist Arlington and Baptist Jackson facilities in Tennessee, the 1751 Veterans and 2129 Helton properties in Alabama, and Stonecrest Medical in Georgia.
Marie brings over 15 years of facility and property management expertise to Rendina. Her extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Amsurg, where she served as Facilities Manager for three years, overseeing the development, management, and operation of outpatient surgery centers. Prior to Amsurg, Marie dedicated seven years as a Corporate Facilities Manager at Moss, a renowned national construction management company. At Moss, she honed her skills in corporate facilities oversight, ensuring operational excellence.
Marie also played a pivotal role at Welbeck Health Partners as a Facilities Manager, where she was responsible for a private healthcare facility comprising 11 specialty centers. Her comprehensive understanding of healthcare facility management was further enhanced during her time at Lincoln Property Company. There, she excelled as a Property Manager, managing a substantial portfolio of 480,000 square feet.

Christine Goodine
Property Administrator
Christine Goodine is a Property Administrator for Rendina. Christine works with properties in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Virginia and Connecticut. Her primary responsibility is to assist in the administration of assigned properties. She also provides high level administrative support to the Property Manager, and is responsible for maintaining outstanding tenant relations at her assigned properties.
Christine previous experience includes working as an Assistant Property Manager at Avison Young. Prior to that she was an Administrative Assistant at Island Hospitality Management Corp.
Katie Baldwin
Property Accountant
Katie Baldwin, Property Accountant, is primary responsibility for managing accounting for designated portfolios of properties. Katie also performs financial analysis and produces financial reporting packages for designated portfolios.
Katie joined Rendina with 5 years of accounting experience she earned as a Senior Accountant at Charles A. Von Stein, Inc. In that role, Katie was responsible for overseeing and supporting the accounting operations for the property management company.
Katie has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indian River State College.

Monique Bland

Monique Bland serves as a Property Administrator for Rendina, based in McKinney, Texas. With over a decade of property management experience, Monique brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Her career encompasses a diverse range of positions, including Assistant Property Manager and Assistant Community Manager for various residential communities. Additionally, she has worked for the Retirement Housing Foundation, where she developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of senior living communities.
Most recently, Monique was a Property Administrator at Lincoln Harris CSG, where she played a crucial role in managing a portfolio of 14 medical office buildings totaling over 500,000 square feet. Her extensive experience in both residential and medical office property management makes her an invaluable asset to the Rendina team.
