Inspira Health engaged Rendina Healthcare Real Estate to conduct a comprehensive Ambulatory Strategy Assessment™ across its outpatient real estate portfolio. The assessment provided strategic insights into current facility utilization, market opportunities, and system-wide growth priorities, helping Inspira align its ambulatory network with long-term clinical and operational goals.

THE CHALLENGE

Inspira Health sought to optimize a large and diverse outpatient portfolio across Southern New Jersey, encompassing more than 80 locations. The health system needed to:

  • Identify opportunities for growth, consolidation, or relocation
  • Align its ambulatory network with population trends, competition, and patient access
