Expanding Access to Specialty and Outpatient Care in Southeastern Arizona
Canyon Vista Medical Office Building II is a 54,419-square-foot outpatient facility developed for LifePoint Health to expand medical services on the campus of Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Completed in 2015, the building provides space for a variety of physician specialties and outpatient programs, supporting the hospital’s mission to deliver comprehensive, community-based care across southeastern Arizona. The facility strengthens the integration between hospital-based and ambulatory services while offering patients greater access to specialty care close to home.

Rendina’s Role
Rendina served as developer and project manager for Canyon Vista Medical Office Building II, overseeing the full scope of the project from planning and design through construction and delivery. Working in partnership with LifePoint Health and Canyon Vista Medical Center leadership, Rendina coordinated design professionals, contractors, and hospital operations to ensure a seamless integration with the existing medical campus. The project was delivered on schedule and within budget, aligning with LifePoint’s strategy to expand its outpatient footprint and enhance provider accessibility.
