The Bluffton Outpatient Center is a 60,617-square-foot ambulatory care facility developed for Tenet Health to expand access to comprehensive outpatient services in South Carolina’s Lowcountry region. Completed in 2013, the facility serves patients from Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, and the surrounding communities, providing a full range of clinical and diagnostic services in a convenient, modern setting. The project supports Tenet Health’s regional growth strategy by offering hospital-quality care in an efficient, patient-centered outpatient environment.
FACILITY FEATURES & SERVICES
The Bluffton Outpatient Center was designed to bring together multiple specialties and diagnostic services under one roof, allowing for coordinated and accessible care. The facility includes:

- Ambulatory Surgery Center with Operating and Procedure Rooms

Rendina’s Role
Rendina served as developer and project manager for the Bluffton Outpatient Center, overseeing the project from concept through completion. Working in partnership with Tenet Health, Rendina managed site planning, permitting, design, and construction to ensure the facility met both operational goals and regional regulatory requirements. The project was delivered on time and within budget, demonstrating Rendina’s ability to execute complex outpatient developments efficiently and in alignment with client objectives.
