Campbell Clinic Orthopaedics – Wolf River ASC is a 121,979-square-foot medical facility that serves as the flagship location for Campbell Clinic’s operations in the greater Memphis region. Completed in 2019, the Germantown campus combines an ambulatory surgery center, clinical offices, physical therapy, and administrative headquarters within a single integrated environment. The development reflects Campbell Clinic’s legacy of leadership in orthopaedic medicine and its commitment to advancing innovation in patient care, research, and education.
FACILITY FEATURES & SERVICES
The Germantown campus houses a broad range of outpatient orthopaedic and musculoskeletal services, along with support facilities designed to optimize care delivery and patient experience. Key features include:
- A state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center with eight operating rooms and 40 pre- and post-operative recovery bays
- A full-service orthopaedic clinic with exam rooms, imaging, and consultation spaces
- A 12,000-square-foot physical therapy and rehabilitation suite equipped with advanced therapy technology
- Diagnostic imaging including MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound
- An education and conference center for physician training and community programs
- Administrative and executive offices serving as Campbell Clinic’s corporate headquarters

Rendina’s Role
Rendina served as developer and project manager for the Wolf River campus, leading all aspects of development from concept to completion. Working closely with Campbell Clinic and its leadership, Rendina coordinated planning, design, and construction efforts to deliver a purpose-built facility that supports the clinic’s operational efficiency and patient care goals. The collaboration produced one of the most advanced orthopaedic outpatient centers in the region, completed on time and within budget.
Impact
The Wolf River ASC established a new benchmark for outpatient orthopaedic facilities by combining surgery, rehabilitation, and administrative functions in one centralized location. The campus enhances access to high-quality care, allows for same-day surgical procedures, and supports Campbell Clinic’s growing physician base. As the flagship facility in the clinic’s network, Wolf River strengthens the organization’s regional presence and serves as a model for future orthopaedic development across the Mid-South.
