A Central Hub for Community Wellness and Coordinated Family Care
The Anne Vogel Family Care and Wellness Center is an 82,000-square-foot outpatient healthcare facility developed for RWJBarnabas Health to provide comprehensive, community-based wellness and specialty care. Completed in 2022, the center serves as a central hub for preventive, diagnostic, and specialty services for families throughout Monmouth County. Named in honor of longtime Monmouth Medical Center supporter Anne Vogel, the facility reflects RWJBarnabas Health’s commitment to advancing wellness, education, and access to high-quality care in a patient-friendly setting.
FACILITY FEATURES & SERVICES
The Eatontown center brings together a full spectrum of outpatient programs and wellness services designed to support physical and behavioral health. The facility includes:
- Primary Care and Pediatric Clinics
- OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Behavioral Health and Counseling Services
- Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Specialty Consults
- Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

The building’s design promotes natural light, open spaces, and a calming atmosphere to support holistic health and patient comfort. The layout fosters collaboration among physicians, therapists, and educators, creating a multidisciplinary environment focused on wellness and prevention.
Rendina’s Role
Rendina served as developer and project manager for the Anne Vogel Family Care and Wellness Center, leading all phases of planning, design, and construction. Working closely with RWJBarnabas Health and Monmouth Medical Center leadership, Rendina oversaw the delivery of a facility that integrates traditional medical services with innovative wellness programming. The project required coordination with numerous clinical and community partners to ensure seamless operational functionality and alignment with the health system’s long-term ambulatory growth strategy.
Impact
The Anne Vogel Family Care and Wellness Center expands RWJBarnabas Health’s ability to deliver coordinated care and health education to families in Monmouth County. By combining preventive medicine, behavioral health, and specialty care under one roof, the center provides a model for whole-person wellness. The facility supports the system’s mission to promote healthier communities and strengthens Monmouth Medical Center’s role as a regional leader in outpatient and preventive care.
